6th International Thirukkural Conference | 13тАУ14 January 2027
Theme: Thirukkural and Universal Human Values
Some missions are greater than individuals. Some legacies transcend generations. And some timeless works of wisdom belong not merely to a language or a culture, but to all humanity.
The Thirukkural, the immortal masterpiece of Saint Thiruvalluvar, stands as a universal testament to virtue, ethical leadership, compassion, justice, governance and harmonious coexistence.
I am delighted to be associated with the 6th International Thirukkural Conference, organised by the International Thirukkural Foundation, Mauritius, in collaboration with the Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur, and distinguished Tamil cultural institutions.
Scheduled for 13тАУ14 January 2027 at the Central University of Tamil Nadu, this international academic gathering seeks to bring together scholars, educators, researchers, cultural leaders and thought leaders to explore the continuing relevance of the Thirukkural in shaping a more ethical, inclusive and harmonious world.
I am particularly pleased to be part of the wider academic and organisational team working alongside Professor Panch. Ramalingam, whose contributions to education, psychology, teacher development and international academic engagement reflect the importance of building bridges between scholarship and society.
As an educationist, international trainer, leadership coach, International Legend Coach and Guinness World Record Holder, I firmly believe that knowledge acquires its greatest significance when it is translated into action and shared for the collective good.
Through our collective efforts, let us take the wisdom of Thiruvalluvar beyond geographical boundaries, connect generations through timeless values, and inspire young minds to embrace integrity, responsibility, compassion and excellence.
Our objective is not merely to celebrate the Thirukkural as a literary treasure, but to promote it as a living philosophy for humanity.
Let us work together to ensure that the voice of Thiruvalluvar continues to resonate across universities, institutions, communities and nations.
One timeless text. Universal human values. A shared mission for humanity.
