In the 3rd presentation of the 10-Professor, 10-Topic, 10-Minute Speaking Initiative, Dr. Santhy delivers a powerful and thought-provoking talk on “Respect People.”
Her presentation explores how respect, listening, appreciation, encouragement, inclusion and trust can transform individuals, teams, educational institutions and organisations.
The session also connects modern leadership and human psychology with the timeless Tamil humanistic principle:
