The honour “Aambal Kuralarasi”, a distinction high,
Upon my humble self, with gratitude I defer,
And with thy blessings, my heart doth fill with sigh.
Thy recognition, like a laurel wreath doth shine,
Doth crown my endeavours, and doth make me proud,
For this, thy noble award, a treasure to me doth be mine,
A bond of esteem, that doth my soul entwine, doth crowd.
O, how thy magnanimous spirit doth uplift,
My heart, and doth my deepest thanks inspire,
For this, thy illustrious honour, a treasure to me doth gift,
A token of thy kindness, that doth my soul desire.
And thus, I thank thee, Guruji Raviji, true,
For this, thy signal honour, and thy blessings, too.

ரவி ஜி கரம் நீட்டி, கண்ணியமாக அருளி
“ஆம்பல் குரலரசி” என்னும் உயர்ந்த பட்டம் எனக்கு அளித்தபோது,
என் மனம் நன்றியுடன் நெகிழ்ந்தது, பணிவுடன் தலைகுனிந்தது.
அவரது பாராட்டும் பெருமையும்
என் முயற்சிகளுக்கான வெற்றி கிரீடமாக பிரகாசித்தது;
என்னை உயர்த்தி நிறுத்திய அந்த மரியாதை,
என் ஆன்மாவை நன்றி நெகிழச் செய்து நெஞ்சை நிரப்பியது.
ரவி ஜியின் உளப்பெருக்கமும் பெருந்தன்மையும்
என் உள்ளத்தை உயர்த்தி, வாழ்வை ஒளிரச் செய்தது;
அவரால் கிடைத்த இந்த உயரிய கௌரவம்,
