In an extraordinary achievement that blends safety awareness with world-class scholarship, Dr. Ravi Govindaraj, renowned Safety and Management Expert, has been recognized by the Guinness World Records for contributing to the creation of the “Thickest Book in the World.”
The mammoth publication, measuring nearly 19 feet in height and containing over 1,10,000 pages, compiles global research contributions on various fields including Food Safety, Water Safety, Electrical Safety, Gas Safety, and General Safety.
This record-breaking project was coordinated by ESN Publications in association with London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD).
As Dr. Ravi Govindaraj was engaged with an important international project in Qatar, the Guinness World Record Certificate was received on his behalf by Dr. Nalini, Director of AAMBAL Tamizh Sangam, and member of ITC Junction, during the grand felicitation ceremony held at Hotel Turiya, Chennai.
Speaking on the occasion, the organisers expressed heartfelt gratitude to all contributors and supporters who made this global milestone possible. The recognition celebrates Dr. Ravi’s ongoing dedication to promoting safety, education, and excellence on an international scale.
In a special gesture, a miniature version of the Guinness Book was created as a commemorative edition and distributed as a complimentary return gift to nearly 3,000 guests who attended Dr. Ravi’s recent housewarming celebration, where over 25 events were conducted in a single day.
Each attendee received the limited edition as a token of appreciation, marking the fusion of achievement, gratitude, and Tamil cultural pride.
