As we celebrate the freedom of our nation today, let us also reflect on the freedom and well-being of all life forms that share this land with us. Just as our ancestors fought for our nation’s independence, it is now our duty to fight for the independence of our biodiversity-our forests, rivers, animals, and plants- so they too can thrive freely in their natural habitats. Let’s pledge to protect our environment, to work tirelessly for the conservation of our rich biodiversity, and to ensure that every living being on this land can live freely, just as we do. Jai Hind
